Carrie Kreydick joined New West in 2007 to spearhead New West Commercial (“NWC”). Carrie works with both tenants and landlords in the retail, office, and light industrial arenas. She also assists property owners, investors and developers with the disposition and acquisition of commercial properties.
Prior to NWC, Carrie was a Senior Associate with a full-service commercial brokerage firm; where she concentrated on investment sales and retail leasing. She has been involved in a number of developments around Chicago.
Carrie began her career as a clerk at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. After substantially increasing yearly brokerage income for her firm, COT Brokerage, she became a market maker in the Eurodollar pit. She left to become Vice President of Fixed Income Trading at Loomis, Sayles & Co in Chicago.
Carrie spends time volunteering for various charitable organizations in the Chicagoland area including Rock For Kids (“RFK”), where she has been on the foundation’s committee for the past 7 years. She is also on the board of ChildLink, which sponsors children in the DCFS program in Chicago. They provide foster care, counseling, and homeless youth intervention to at-risk kids and teens in Chicago.
Carrie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University. She is also a certified commodities broker and has completed the New Entrepreneurs Program at the University of Chicago. Carrie is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Chicago Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Women in Retail Leasing, the Real Estate Investors Association, and various community groups throughout Chicago.
Carrie was recently named a Bronze Level Achiever as a top producing agent by the Chicago Association of Realtors. |
