Jasand R. Parker is a native Chicagoan and familiar with the economic diversity found in this great city. Jasand is specializing in multi-unit residential apartment buildings, on the Southside of Chicago and surrounding suburbs with New West Commercial. Joining New West Realty in 2005, Jasand has been involved with a spectrum of transaction types. His real estate experience ranges from condominium sales within the residential sector to multifamily buildings in the commercial sector.

Prior to New West, Jasand worked as a residential marketing specialist with a local real estate firm, where he worked with a team to manage a multimillion dollar residential sales portfolio. Jasand’s work experience also includes a stint as an environmental engineer and consultant where he managed portfolios for clients including URS Corporation, United States Postal Service, US Steel Corporation, National Steel Corporation, and Midwest Steel.

Jasand achieved his Bachelors of Science in Material Science Engineering from the University of Illinois in 2002. Jasand is currently enrolled in the Masters of Real Estate Program at the Liautaud Graduate School of Business, located on the University of Illinois at Chicago. Jasand is an active member of the UIC Real Estate Group, a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors, Quality Service Certified, and Graduate Realtor Institute Certified.
