Scott V. Mortier joined New West Commercial as a Broker Associate in 2008 and specializes in Business Brokerage and Retail/Tenant representation. Prior to joining New West, Scott served as Chief Operating Officer of Froots Franchising Companies, where he was responsible for all day to day operations for the ninety unit franchise chain.

Previously, Scott served as the Vice President of Franchise Sales for 123 Fit Services and was also the Vice President of Franchise Development for Brand Name Franchising, LLC.

Scott worked for nine years as the Senior Vice President of Franchise Development for Sub Development (a Quizno’s Area Developer located in Glendale Heights, Illinois). Additionally, Scott was an active Quizno’s Sub franchisee from 1996 to 2003.

Scott Mortier attended Illinois State University where he was a Speech Communication and Political Science double major.
